After your purchase, you need to activate your PRIMA Access eVoucher or physical voucher with the Reference Code before you can avail the benefits.
The membership registration period is up to three (3) months from the date of purchase.

- A referral to a specialist is required and will only be issued after an initial consultation with a General Practitioner (GP) or Internal Medicine (IM) doctor. However, members may also see a specialist if they present a valid outside doctor referral.
- Laboratory tests can be scheduled but must be endorsed by a PCC doctor. Tests outside the plan coverage will be out-of-pocket. Members may also undergo laboratory tests if they present a valid outside doctor’s request.
